Israel – Two explosions were heard in the northern Israeli city of Nahariya at sunset Sunday, police said, and there were some casualties.
It was not clear what caused the blasts or what the background was. Police said the explosions were either bombs or hand grenades.
Nahariya, not far from the Lebanon border, was hit hard by rockets fired from Lebanon during last year's war between Israel and Hezbollah guerrillas. [Fox]
