Pullman, WA – Two men who admitted spray painting swastikas and gang-style graffiti through downtown Pullman have drawn jail sentences.
Timothy Lee Baxter, 18, and 21-year-old Joseph Paul Barnes, both of Centralia, Washington, were sentenced to spend six months in jail.
Earlier, they pleaded guilty to three counts each of felony malicious mischief. They also must pay $5,600 in restitution along with $2,000 in court costs.
Police say the pair tagged numerous buildings, cars, walls and fences with swastikas and gang-style graffiti and reportedly had red spray paint on their hands when arrested. [AP]
