Bush.

Ivy Ziedrich, a member of Young Democrats chapter, asked Bush about his statement that ISIS was created because the Obama administration pulled U.S. forces out of Iraq, reports the Washington Post (http://wapo.st/1IDz5k1).

After making the statement, “Your brother created ISIS,” Bush then asked if that was a question. Ziedrich responded by telling Bush that he didn’t need to be “pedantic” with her and that he could, “just answer” her question.

Bush responded by saying, “We respectfully disagree… Al Qaeda had been taken out, there was a fraudulent system that could have been brought up to create, to eliminate the sectarian violence and we had an agreement that the president could have signed, it would have kept 10,000 troops, which is less than what we have
in Korea. It could have created the stability that would have allow for Iraq to progress.

“The net result was, the opposite occurred because immediately that void was filled. And so, look, you can rewrite history all you want but the simple fact is that we’re in a much more unstable place because America pulled back.”

Bush then moved on to greet other attendees at the meeting.

While in Nevada, Bush met with Nevada Republican Governor Brian Sandoval and spoke at a fundraising dinner for Las Vegas-area Republicans Wednesday night.

What’s true? The question or the answer.
Obama failed to negotiate a Status of Forces Agreement when he took over as president.

There will be the democrat Kool-aid drinkers that will try to change history and deny the facts, like the girl in the article. But one fact remains – Carter is happy now that he is no longer the worst president that we had – Obama finally made it to the top of the list.

It will go down on Obama’s legacy that ISIS was created under his watch.

This a clever democratic tactic. The more people will hear Bush/Iraq, the guy will pay the price for it.

It’s just about keeping these to names in one sentance.

The fact of the matter is that when Bush No. 43 was President, in 2008, the Iraqi Government requested that ALL American forces leave their country by Dec. 31, 2011. They were adamant that no American armed forces (except for a very small contingent of Marines at the US Embassy) remain in their country. In addition, they would not agree to immunity for American forces kept in their country, in the event of legal problems. Therefore, this continued rhetoric that “keeping 10,000 forces there would have prevented ISIS”, is bubba meises! From 2003-2011, the USA, with well over 100,000 forces could not stop the rise of sectarian violence. The sectarian violence was created with the overthrow of Saddam Hussein. When he was in power, there was law and order in Iraq, as all of the dissident groups feared him. Jeb Bush was condescending and rude to that college student, and refuses to admit that his brother made a mistake with the invasion of Iraq, in 2003.

“After making the statement, “Your brother created ISIS,” Bush then asked if that was a question.”

Isn’t Jeb supposed to be the smart Republican? Instead, he allows a 19 year old girl to publicly make a fool of him (for posterity on the video which will be prominently used against him if he runs) because he initially (most lamely) tried to defend his brother’s (who happens to be his adviser on Middle Eastern affairs) idiotic war in Iraq. In the immortal words of Louisiana governor Bobby Jindal, “We have to stop being the stupid party.” Good luck with that!

    Good for her

It accepted by just about all analysts (analysts, not partisan pundits) that the decision by Bush to disband the Iraqi Army was the event precipitating both start of the Sunni insurgency in 2003, and the creation of Al Qaida in Iraq. The leaders of these two movements overlapped, and were instrumental in 2013 in turning a marginal “New Caliphate” organization into today’s ISIS.

    Shkoyach Dubya!
