    The towns of Monroe, Woodbury and South Blooming Grove have all seen dozens of new Chasidic homeowners, both those who cannot find housing in Kiryas Joel as well as those who are moving outside the village looking for more open space, greenery and greater privacy.

    I’m not sure what the article means by “legal” means of expanding the borders of KJ. Does that suggest that if the legal options are unsuccessful, they can fall back on illegal options?? Perhaps its time for the ehrliche followers of Rav Aaron to consider building a new community in the wide open spaces of upstate New York, western NJ or yenavelt rather than fighting with their neighbors who have had enough Satmar
