Kevin Cramer of North Dakota criticized House Democratic women Wednesday for wearing “bad-looking white pantsuits” during President Donald Trump’s speech to Congress.

Cramer made the observation while talking with callers on a call-in radio show, “What’s On Your Mind,” that airs on several AM stations in his home state.

House Democratic women wore white to Trump’s speech to show solidarity with the women’s rights’ movement and suffragettes of the early 1900s.

Cramer roamed off onto the topic apparently without provocation while criticizing Democrats in a discussion with a caller.

“By the way did you notice how poorly several of them were dressed?” he said. “It is a syndrome, there is no question there is a disease associated with the notion that a bunch of women would wear bad-looking white pantsuits in solidary with Hillary Clinton to celebrate her loss. You cannot get that weird.”

Cramer’s comment drew a response over Twitter from House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi, who linked to a story in Politico about Cramer’s remarks and wrote “thank you for illustrating why we so badly need to honor #WomensHistoryMonth.”

Cramer, in his third term, is a Trump ally who is discussed as a potential candidate for Senate against Democrat Heidi Heitkamp next year.

His office had no immediate comment.

Even several Republican women in the House called his comment stupid and irrelevant to anything he was talking about. Maybe he should focus on the dress style of some of his Republican colleagues who look like Gomer Pyle in their polyester suits with big lapels and bellys spilling over their beltlines.

Maybe the conservatives in the GOP should be criticized for giving up their ideals to serve Trump. He’s lowering corporate taxes, lowering taxes on the middle class, spending billions on defense and billions on infrastructure. So the deficit will go crazy, but thats OK. The deficit is an issue only when Dems grow it… And 22 million will lose health insurance. Make America Sick Again!

I don’t recall this clown criticizing his Republican women colleagues who showed up last month wearing red outfits on the day of the Right-to-LIfe March looking like a bunch of Santa Klaus bell ringers for the Salvation Army.

They were all disgusting, and reminded me of the Stepford Wives; also, some of them were very rude, and were giving the thumbs down sign to Trump. There were also boos at the end of the speech, coming from the two faced Democrats. Yet, when a southern Republican Congressman from South Carolina yelled out at Obama, several years ago (he yelled “YOU LIE”), he was censured by the House.
