Jerusalem – Israel’s prime minister is asking the international community to impose additional sanctions on the Lebanese Hezbollah and condemn the militant group in response to the discovery of tunnels stretching from southern Lebanon into northern Israel.

Israel this week launched an open-ended operation meant to expose and thwart what it says are tunnels built by Hezbollah aimed at infiltrating Israel.
Benjamin Netanyahu toured the operation’s area with a group of ambassadors Thursday.
In a statement from his office, he said Israel plans to demand a response from the international community at a meeting of the U.N. Security Council called for by Israel.
He said that at the end of the operation, the tunnels “will no longer exist and will no longer be effective.”
That sounds like a massive war, in which Hezbollah is probably not going to be silent, given 100,000 rockets. I hope Israel has the means of protecting itself. Maybe they should have waited until the laser technology was fully developed…
Hezbollah is getting help from INSIDE Israel from so called Israeli Arabs including members of the Knesset, in the next war not if but when, Israel will suffer tremendous casualities due to its archaic liberal rules of engagement that does not allow soldiers to fire at Arabs unless they know 100% there is not a single so called civilian present. Hezbollah has no rules and gets funding from Iran and Europe, the same Europe weak and corrupt Bibi is turning to for help. sounds like poroshenko.
Hmmmm.
Walls do not deter tunnels.
Hmmmm.
We already closed 100’s of tunnels from Mexico to the U.S. Some of the tunnels had railroad tracks, air conditioning, etc.
Remember, walls also do no deter drones. We have found drones transporting illegal drugs
Hmmmm.
I don’t believe that Israel’s plan to expose to thwart their enemies from condemnation from the international community will be effective. But I wish them complete success.
