The indictment states that the two joined ISIS and planned to carry out an attack in the Sultan’s Pool adjacent to the Old City of Jerusalem or at the Safra Square near the Jerusalem municipality during Independence Day celebrations. The two also raised the possibility of an attack on Israeli army bases in the Jordan Valley.

It should be noted that the terrorists who performed the November 2014 attack on a Har Nof synagogue was perpetrated by terrorists from Jebel Mukaber, as well as the attack in Merkaz Harav Yeshiva in 2008 and the attack on Ammunition Hill train station in October 2014.
