“Israel unequivocally condemns the recent expressions of anti-Semitism and the vicious attack in the middle of Hanukkah on the rabbi’s house in Monsey, New York,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said at the opening of his weekly cabinet meeting. “We send our wishes of recovery to the wounded. We will cooperate in every way with the local authorities in order to defeat this phenomenon. We offer our help to each and every state.”

Blue and White party leader Benny Gantz described the Monsey attack as “horrific” and expressed his confidence in New York’s law enforcement that they would “do everything to stop this alarming trend.”

Israeli President Reuven Rivlin also condemned the attack on Twitter saying a collective effort is needed to stop future incidents.

“Shocked and outraged by the terrible attack in #NY and praying for the recovery of those injured. #Antisemitism is not just a #Jewish problem, and certainly not just the State of #Israel’s problem,” he tweeted. “We must work together to confront this rising evil, which is a real global threat.”

I just saw Governor Cuomo at a news conference at the Rabbi’s house in Monsey. He stated that in addition to hate crimes, these heinous crimes must be treated as acts of domestic terrorism. I couldn’t agree more.

Guns and security are the short term solution. The long term solution is increasing the awareness and observance of the 7 Universal Laws and a Moment of Silence in the public schools.

Hate to break it to all if you. Antisemitism is caused BY the “State of Israel”. Israel is NOT a Jewish State. Israel is a Zionist State that empowers antisemitism all over the world.
We dont need Israels condolences. They are the root of the problem.

Archy, you mentioned Jews being safer in Montana; I wanted to tell you about an anti-semitic incident which happened in Montana on Chanukah, about twenty years ago. I believe that it happened in Billings, Montana. A local Jewish family had a just lit a Chanukah menorah in their window. Shortly thereafter, they heard this loud crashing sound, and the sound of glass breaking coming from that room. To their dismay, they found a very large rock had smashed through their window, and knocked the Menorah to ghe ground. Needless to say, the Jewish family was really shaken up, at this senseless anti-semitic act. They never experienced such hate before in Montana, where there are very few Jews. However, when word of this incident reached the local media, and the story was shown on the local television station, hundreds of gentile neighbors, in protest of what occurred, placed lit Menorahs in their windows, to show solidarity with the few Jewish families in their midst. Hence, the anti-semite(s) couldn’t tell which homes were Jewish occupied, and which were not. The attacks soon stopped. The solidarity which those neighbors showed, was a Kiddush Hashem. Their solidarity was similar to the Emergency Room Physicians at the trauma center, where President Reagan was taken after being shot. When Reagan asked them if they were Republicans, they showed solidarity when they stated “Mr. President, we are all Republicans today”.

Hate to break it to you.
A letter campaign by Rabbi Teitelbaum of Monroe urged Congressmen to approve Obama’s Iran Deal , enabling rockets and ammo to infiltrate Gaza and Lebanese Hezbollah. Keep this in mind when rockets rain ch”v on our brothers and sisters in the Jewish State.

Well, we have a newsbreaker here.

. Moving in on non-Jewish territory in galut is causing anti-Semitism. You need to move to the Zionist Jewish State nicely, or getting kicked out. Either way you’re going to kiss the Jewish State’s ground when you get there.
