NEW YORK (JTA) – No matter who is running on the Democratic presidential ticket in 2020, he or she is likely to get the Jewish vote by a wide margin, according to a new survey.

The survey, released Friday by the Jewish Electoral Institute, found that two-thirds of Jewish voters said they would choose any Democratic candidate over President Donald Trump.

The survey was conducted Feb. 18 to 24, a period that included Sanders’ announcement that he would not attend AIPAC’s annual conference next week. After the announcement, some pundits suggested that nominating Sanders would result in Jews preferring the Republican candidate for the first time in contemporary American history. (Four years ago, Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton received 70% of the Jewish vote.)

But the survey found that even though Jewish voters view Sanders more unfavorably than they his Democratic rivals, they disapprove of Trump far more. While 45% of Jewish voters said they had an unfavorable view of Sanders, who has tied or won the Democratic primary’s first three nominating contests, 61% said they strongly disapprove of Trump (down from a high of 71% in the survey group’s 2018 survey) and 65% would vote for him over the president in an election.

A majority of respondents said they believe “President Trump at least is partially responsible for the targeted attacks on synagogues in recent years,” and 45% said they believed Trump was emboldening far-right extremists and white nationalists, up from 38% a year ago.

The survey found that a majority of respondents — 66% of whom identified as Democrats and 26% as Republicans — favored Trump’s positions on a handful of Israel issues, including his overall performance on “U.S.-Israel relations.” But while 91% of respondents said they are “generally pro-Israel,” only 32% indicated that Israel is one of their most important voting issues.

The online survey of 1,001 self-identified Jewish voters who indicate that they are likely to vote in the November election has a margin of error of 3.2 percentage points.

“66% Identified as democrats” “65% would vote for Bernie” FAKE NEWS. If 66% of the Jews are Democrats Bernie will get a minimum 85% of votes. I would hope that many if not most Republican Jews will vote for a Jewish Democrat against a None Jew. Our Fate is stronger than our Party affiliation.

“President Trump is at least partially responsibly against attack on Jews.” I would think its much more Important to American Jews than the Embassy in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. The Evangelist is a different story. They love Jerusalem for their own religious reason (So do the Muslims) but hate the Jews so they don’t care about attacks on Synagogues in the USA.

Did the survey verify that the respondents were Halachicly Jewish? I would venture to say that due to intermarriage and other factors, most are not Halachicly Jewish. All the Frum Jews that I know, from Modern to Yeshivish, chassidish to litvish, Satmar to Lubavitch, Ashkenaz to Sefard, are all voting for President Trump. Yes, there are a few yichidim who will not, but the vast majority will be voting for President Trump

Don’t worry about these fake polls. They did not contact Jews in boro park. Rich secular Jews will support Trump over Sanders as they fear losing their wealth. We real Jews will vote Sanders in the primary so that Trump beats these democRATs by a landslide and we knock out all the liberal democrats in Congress and every where else.

If the Democrats had a platform- or perhaps it should be when- to expel the Jews from America the mindless would still vote for them!
Blame should also be attached to the politicized ADL which has degenerated into a veritable defamation league. Indeed, they could be described as the socialist, anti-Semitic Sander’s enablers.

I’m not sure how they get a margin of error of 3.2%. With the vote being 1,001 “self identified” Jewish voters. That would make the margin of error 100%.

Rich Jews will NOT vote for Sanders, they’ll secretly vote for the one who protects their pocketbook. I don’t care how liberal they sound to their friends!

Anyone who identifies as a Jew who is of partly Jewish decent is automatically considered Jewish, even though they are not Jewish at all. People of Jewish descent, who are not Jewish halachically and are genetically a bit Jewish while also being genetically or primarily Asian, white, black, etc. are still considered “Jewish”.
These people make up the majority of the so-called Jews voting Democrat.

Jews who are as yet only in name only, Jewishly ignorant of authentic Judaism, 25% of whom are not Jewish according to Judaism, shouldn’t be counted as Jews for political purposes as their Jewishness has nothing to do with how they vote. Their Libtardation is one of the horrible results of the absence of Torah-true education accompanied by knowledge of Conservatism & its infinite advantages over totalitarian Libtardedness. Not one of these sadly maleducated JINOs has considered the many facts presented on PBS’s 10-part series featuring Milton Friedman, which would enlighten them as to the destructiveness of their political views, which have only been magnified many times since it was presented in the early ’80s.

Trumpf’s appeal to ”frum’ makes sense. Follow the leader. Racism. Pay no taxes. Women walk behind the camels. Makes sense.
