On Shabbat morning police continued to disperse residents trying to make minyanim in shuls and open spaces in violation of regulations. Some residents attacked police, 10 local residents were arrested and 30 fines were issued.
Police dispersed a number of other minyanim in Jerusalem as well as in Modi’in Illit and Nahariya, where residents entered a shul from the back entrance but were found by police after local residents reported them.
They should be put in a ghetto.
TAKE NOTE;
“After local residents reported them”.
Evidently the stone throwers and minyan goers are outliers.
Bad enough that the Meah Shearim lunatics threw rocks at the police but why couldn’t they at least have had the decency to wear rubber gloves when they threw the rocks to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. How selfish can supposedly frum people be.
Who gave these meshugoyim the heter to throw stones from one reshus to another on Shabbos? Avaroyim! Lock them all up – and keep them there through Pesach!
Wow, this is really nice. Definite high spiritual elevation way over the hiloni. This approaches the exalted spiritual elevation of Saudi Arabia when they would not let girls exit a burning building because their head and faces were not covered Throw rocks at people trying to save you. What an education these people must have had.
Their stupidity is not only killing them and their families but also the innocent health workers and police who are trying to save lives. Such an unnecessary tragedy. Idiots.
In my opinion, the Israel Police Chief, Mickey Rosenfeld, is going to have to exercise some leadership, and make a decision on his own, to go into Mea Shearim, in full riot gear, with hundreds of cops. If they encounter stone throwers, they should beat the h— out of those rioters. A stone being thrown through the air is a deadly weapon, and deadly force to repel such stone throwers, would be justified. For too long, because of the political power of the Hareidim, the cops have either looked the other way, or done very little to enforce the law, in Mea Shearim or Bnai Brak. They are going to have to get tough with those extremists.
