TEL AVIV (VINnews) — With Bnei Brak and Jerusalem neighborhoods under tight lockdown,  police brutality reached a new nadir with stun grenades thrown at innocent passersby in Meah Shearim in an attempt to enforce public health directives. Apparently however there is one law for Chareidi violators and another one for secular offenders. In clear and public violation of social distancing regulations, hundreds of people gathered outside the Tel Aviv municipality to demonstrate against the formation of a government by Binyamin Netanyahu, who has been indicted for charges of bribery and corruption and will stand trial in the coming months. Demonstrators made no effort to maintain social distancing regulations and yet police made no strenuous efforts to scatter the illegal demonstration.

But they themselves don’t want to follow the laws and regulations of the country.
That might be why the country uses different ones for them.

Clear and obvious there are two sets of laws or the way they are being applied.
