Nir Etzion hotel agreed to reopen as a coronavirus hotel despite having many bookings for the vacation period after Tisha Be’av. Nir Etzion manager Yoel Raz told Avraham Rubinstein, the mayor of Bnei Brak that the hotel felt obligated to the sick people and added that “unfortunately we are experienced and well trained in how to host the patients in accordance with Defense Ministry regulations.” Rubinstein thanked the hotel for reorganizing and reopening for coronavirus patients and added that “isolation in a hotel is the best and most efficient isolation.”

“We are working hard so that everything will be ready for receiving sick people from all over the country until their full recovery. To take part in the national effort to combat the coronavirus which threatens the lives of all of us is a true mission for us. All the managers and staff immediately prepared for the new situation. The patients from the first wave thanked us for the genuine concern exhibited by hotel workers so that this difficult period should pass as comfortably as possible,” Raz said.

It should be noted that Bnei Brak still has 592 patients who have not recovered from the virus ,with 37 new patients identified since last night. Yesterday saw the highest number of coronavirus tests taken yet in Israel- 20,018- but also the highest number of daily infections since the beginning of the pandemic – 773.

Evil wicked rodfim. Just because they got the Coronavirus, that doesn’t mean they can’t spread it further. It doesn’t mean they are not still carrying it. Every person has different levels of it. How they can be dancing holding hands, within 6 feet of each other, is reckless beyond words. So if 2 people in any neighborhood have the Coronavirus, there is no problem if they hang together in each others homes or Shuls?
