WASHINGTON (Newsmax) – Former U.N. Ambassador to the United States and ex-South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley characterized the future of New York City as “scary” and called Mayor Bill De Blasio’s painting of “Black Lives Matter” in front of Trump Tower as “petty,” “childish” and “immature.”

Haley, who appeared on Newsmax TV on Friday, said De Blasio’s Thursday photo opportunity where he grabbed a paint roller to help emblazon Fifth Avenue in midtown Manhattan with the words “Black Lives Matter” does nothing to change substance.

“The future of New York City is scary right now,” Haley said on “Spicer & Co.”

“I mean you can go and De Blasio has been a total embarrassment through this whole thing. The idea that he did the photo op in front of Trump Tower, (No.) 1, it’s petty; secondly, it’s immature; and third, it does nothing to move the ball on black lives matter.

“You can paint a road. Why don’t you get law enforcement to meet with the community; talk with those that are concerned; work on police reform; work on what you’re going to do change things. Painting a road? Is that all Bill De Blasio’s got left? It’s pretty pathetic. And doing it in front of Trump Tower? It’s just childish.”

Haley’s comments echo those of President Donald Trump, who called his former hometown a “hell hole” on Thursday following a Supreme Court decision that will allow a New York grand jury to subpoena his tax returns.

Trump has also criticized De Blasio for his relationship with the police, his response to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus and his response to protests and riots following the death of a black man, George Floyd, in police custody in Minneapolis on Memorial Day.

At the end of the day, Nikki is a classic Rino. I wouldn’t put too much stock in what she says or does. She’s just another Romney or Bushey. She can’t be trusted. She was a great ambassador but let’s leave it at that.

She’s 100% right. I am a NYker, I used to use the subway every day and now it’s terrifying, scary and it’s a shame what happened here, it feels scarier then the Wild West and impossible to use the subway anymore, hell hole is gold compared to NYC today.

You can hate Trump and his allies as much as you want but the facts won’t change. If De Blasio treats his wife like he treats all NYkers these days then he’s still a black slave owner and needs to be thrown out of the city.

De Blasio has a serious problem. We know he’s stupid. That gets advertised every time he is speaking to the media and in public. I would be embarrassed to say what he does. And the saying goes, “You can’t fix stupid.” But the reality is that the ignorant can be educated – at least most can get a little less stupid. But Hizonor has a much bigger problem. He is evil. Yes, his values run counter to everything moral. He enjoys the bloodshed on the streets of NYC. He has a sadistic streak in his dealings with the Jewish community. And his political views are so corrupt that he makes the Biblical Sdom look like paradise.

There needs to be a swell of pressure to look for a way to get him and his ilk out of office. Waiting another 18 months or so may be too late to save NY.

The facts are the facts. Hate trump if you wish, bet DeBlasio Hs taken this city back a couple of years in progress. She’s correct. Is painting a street going to stop racial tensions or will community unity dialogue do more? he Treats NYkers with double standards and that will not help racial tensions. Rather it stokes the flames. So besides the uptick in crime because of how he has treated the police department, by immediately dismantling the anti crime unit (yes AOC you fool, DeBlasio did make immediate effective changes to the NYPD that has caused an uptick in crime), DeBlasio is also a cause in stoking the racial flames in this city. DeBlasio is on track of leaving a legacy of destruction and havoc. Shame on him! Nikki you said it correctly.

Deblasio is petty, yet she has nothing to say about Trump’s behavior. She is still auditioning to replace Pence. She has nothing to say about how Vindman was treated, or how now Fauci is being treated. When Trump debated hillary and he invited bill clinton’s accusers to the debate she didn’t think that was petty. She is an embarrassment.
