Watch: Moment Of Beirut Explosion Captured On Video

BEIRUT (VINnews) — Clips of the huge explosion at Beirut port Tuesday afternoon depict one small explosion and then a huge follow-up explosion indicating that combustible materials were located at the site and had exploded in the wake of the first smaller explosion. The first explosion appears to have been caused by an electrical short circuit which then caused fuel or explosive materials located nearby to explode. The explosion can be seen from two different angles.
