Biden’s campaign said Wednesday that the sum more than doubled the campaign’s previous record. It also received contributions from more than 150,000 new donors.
Harris is expected to play a prominent role in fundraising for the campaign.
Act Blue, the left’s online fundraising arm, reported taking in almost $11 million in the hours after the Harris announcement. The Biden campaign expects a massive haul from a Wednesday evening grassroots fundraiser.
With Democrats now close to matching the massive $300 million cash stockpile President Donald Trump and the Republicans reported in July, that could lend a competitive edge just as the campaign enters the home stretch.
what a waste , Biden’s a waste and all that money’s a waste .
If Mrs. Harris is now busy with the presidential campaign, is she still getting paid by the taxpayers of California to be their US Senator? Is that legal? Is she getting paid by money coming in to the Biden campaign? Is she working for free? Is she double dipping? Is the public allowed to know or are we being shut out? When will a replacement for Mrs. Harris be put in at the Senate? Will Biden/Harris have a transparent campaign or will the big donations be kept secret and not disclosed?
90% of it us from soros the small donations of $1 is from the 10%. Soros is calling the shots for the alzheimer patient.
Mr. Condit- while i definitely agree with you that everyone who runs for public office should have to take a leave of absence from any government job they currently hold and forfeit their salary i believe you are being a hypocrite by asking these questions now and not raising them in previous elections?
How much did you scream and yell when Vice President Pence was still collecting a salary from his state of Indiana for officially being a governor? ( governors actually work for a living – not like our congresspeople and senators who basically work a few days a year) BE CONSISTENT!
