The storm in Egypt and the Arab world after the publication of the joint picture of the two singers has not abated at all. The star was also harshly criticized on social media after Emirati twitter user Hamd al-Mazraei shared Ramadan’s photo with the caption “The most famous artist in Egypt with the most famous artist in Israel. Dubai brings us together.”

According to reports published in the Arab media, Ramadan is expected to stand trial in Egypt following the picture, for insulting the Egyptian people.

Egyptian lawyer Tarek Mahmoud today filed an urgent lawsuit  regarding the clips of Ramadan with the Israeli artist in Dubai circulating on social networks . Ramadan’s trial is expected to take place on December 19 in Cairo.

In addition, Mahmoud called on the Egyptian Players and Artists Organization to target Ramadan for immediate investigation and even expel him from all the organization’s activities. Ramdan responded to Adv. Mahmoud through his Twitter account, which has almost 2.5 million followers, and wrote: “There is no place to ask everyone about their identity and nationality.” This morning, the singer changed his Facebook profile picture to the Palestinian flag, in order to calm the agitated spirits of Egyptians and Palestinians.

Ramadan also posted a video of him and a Palestinian fan who he said supported his decision to take a photo with the Israeli artist.

“Some will ignore this video and confirm that the intention is not the Palestinian cause,” he said, “Rather, their real cause is the 1000th attempt to stop my success and popularity.”

Israeli Middle East commentator Roi Kais says that this story is “not celebrity tattle as some are trying to describe it but rather a story which typifies the relationship between Egypt and Israel.”

egypt was ripe for the islamist/globalist “spring” but G-d sent elSisi and 0bama’s and hillary’s plans collapsed like a house of cards.

so too, now we have “honest” elections thinking we can change anything, but the reality is that it’s G-d that decides.
