Police said that the incident took place just before 1 PM on Sunday at 202 Foster Avenue, with David Gonzalez exposing himself to the victim before throwing her to the floor, covering her mouth and screaming at the girl as she attempted to fight him off and escape. According to the NYPD, the victim had arrived at a cardiology office located within the building on a scooter and she was standing in the hallway waiting for her mother to catch up to her when the incident occurred.
After being unable to subdue his victim Gonzalez fled the scene on a moped, heading west towards McDonald Avenue.
Surveillance video released by police showed a portion of the attack and Gonzalez was arrested on Wednesday.
Police said that he has multiple prior arrests and is known to the department.
The teen victim did not sustain any physical injuries during the attack.
“Multiple prior arrests” but since nyc is a sanctuary city thanks to bill agudas yisroel de blasio this illegal cant get deported.
I think the benefits of all those cameras everywhere are obvious.
Will NY’s liberal judicial system properly push him or will the bleeding hearts come up with creative BS to get him off?
But the illegals are supposed to benefit our country, no?
So thank you cuomo he will be walking the streets before the police even finish their paper work. Like the illegals it’s catch and release. Several cops have actually told me they can’t do their job. So the walk or drive got 8 hours and stay out of trouble
