Video footage captured the man assaulting a Jewish man as he flees. But the crowd yells Chgaptz’em (a traditional call to apprehend a troublemaker), and continues to pursue him.

Another video captured the man in custody.

After he was taken into custody, he was found to have had a knife in his possession.

  1. As soon as he threw the first punch, why didnt the rest of the people standing there jump in???
  2. The person who is filming either go out and take the perp down or call 911

Something is missing here.

Already in the beginning of the top video above, before punches were thrown, you can see that he was being followed by a group of Hasidim.

What happened before that video?

Biblical command to fight when necessary got diluted through time because after all if there’s no chulent to be gained at the end then why bother.

Sad video, it reminds me ppl filming others dying in front of them at the twin towers. They said it’s more important future generations should know what happened than save a life
