JERUSALEM (VINnews) — After a landmark Labor Court decision allowed employers to prevent workers who have not vaccinated or taken negative COVID-19 tests coming to work, a number of Israeli companies including communications giant Bezeq have annouced a new policy requiring workers to either vaccinate, take a test or take a vacation without pay from their work.

The court decision came after a schoolteacher petitioned against a decision by the local authority preventing her from working unless she vaccinates or takes COVID tests prior to going to work. Judge Meirav Kleiman ruled that the rights of the teacher could not negate the right of the students, parents and other staff to live as well as the duty of the local authority to protect those lives.

Kleiman’s decision was welcomed by employers who have been concerned that workers who have not been vaccinated could pose a risk to their other workers and could force them to isolate which would harm the companies ability to operate.

One of the models being presented by employers would allow for workers who have not been vaccinated to work from home. However this model, which could work for hi-tech and academic students, is not relevant for every workplace and some have taken the Labor Court decision as a yardstick for all of their workers, including Osem, Cellcom and Bezeq.

it’s reasonable to require testing before coming to work,
as usual, the headline is a misleading clickbait

The bait about this is that the Israeli secular court’s decision just exacerbates the fact that the PCR test (the only one used) is not accurate–nor does it even test for an isolated virus!

Aside from this, these vaccines are liability-free for the manufacturers, shareholders and others with financial interest (including Netanyahu who is financially involved with Tal Zak’s company Moderna). They don’t actually protect well either — requiring booster shots quite often, and only marginally protect against limited correctly determined strains if at all. They also have preservatives, adjuvants and experimental chemicals.

This decision is a dangerous mistake and reflects the negativities and naivety — if not worse, of tyranny, secular Zionism, and ‘top-down’ global political ‘no questions asked’ agendas.
